What ink colours do you offer for printing?

How much do you charge for shipping?

For customers located outside this area, items are shipped with Purolator's overnight service for a slight surcharge. BCT will also be glad to dropship your order directly to your retail customer and mail the invoice and samples to you. All dropship orders will be shipped with Purolator for a slight fee.
How are the roll labels printed?
We use a 300 dpi thermal transfer printer, with spot-colour ribbons Since the process is entirely digital all colours are solid, consistent and true.
Why are the fine lines on my label breaking up?
Very fine lines often do not show up well on the thermal-transfer printer, especially on the gold or silver stocks. Lines should have a minimum thickness of 1 point. When using a script font the point size should be slightly larger than normal and preferably in a bold face.
For roll labels, what colour combinations are difficult to read?
Grey and green colours on gold or silver metallic label stock tend to reproduce poorly. Red ink on white matte stock leaves a slight cast on non-printed areas. Reflex blue is difficult to print as a reverse or with large areas of colour on the digital label printer.
